Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for delivered projects as specified in individual service agreements. VaironiX retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Internship Programs

5.1 Eligibility

Our internship programs are open to students and recent graduates who meet the specified requirements for each program.

5.2 Application Process

• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis
• Selection is based on qualifications and available positions
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application
• Selected candidates will receive formal offer letters

5.3 Program Terms

• Internship duration: 2 months (unless specified otherwise)
• Interns must complete assigned projects and assessments
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion
• VaironiX may terminate the internship for policy violations

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Service Fees

Service fees are determined based on project scope and complexity. All pricing will be communicated before project commencement.

6.2 Payment Schedule

• Advance payment may be required before project initiation
• Milestone-based payments for larger projects
• Final payment upon project completion and delivery

6.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on project progress and work completed. No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered work.

7. Project Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
• Clients are responsible for providing required materials and feedback in a timely manner
• Delays caused by client may extend project timelines
• We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This includes:

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service agreement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Clients must pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• VaironiX will deliver completed work and project files
• Both parties return or destroy confidential information
• Outstanding obligations remain in effect

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or utilize third-party platforms, tools, or APIs. We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or terms of these third-party services. Users must comply with applicable third-party terms of service.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
